Meet our Founder

Certified Sleep Sense™ Consultant

Hi, I am Jiaying! I have been a quality leader and expert for almost a decade, dedicating my career to help businesses, large and small, resolve challenges and improve processes so that quality products get to their customers every time. Problem-solving has always been a natural instinct for me, ingrained in both my professional and personal life.

When I became a mother, this skill set became invaluable. My first child struggled with colic, crying for hours daily and relying on us to sleep. Determined to improve her well-being, I researched extensively, applied my troubleshooting skill set and successfully sleep-trained her, enabling her to sleep independently by six months.

My second child, however, posed an even greater challenge. She would stay awake for hours in the middle of the night and despite my best efforts, her nighttime wakefulness persisted. I then sought help from a professional sleep consultant. In just one call, her expertise transformed our nights, and I saw firsthand the profound impact of tailored sleep solutions. It was life-changing.

During the search process, one of the pioneer sleep experts in Singapore recognized something unique about me – unlike most parents, who seek help out of sheer exhaustion, I was driven by a deeper understanding of how essential sleep is for a child’s development and well-being. Inspired by my passion for sleep and my personal values, she asked if I’d consider becoming a sleep consultant. That conversation became the catalyst for my journey into this field.

Fueled by this encouragement and my passion for sleep, I earned my Sleep Sense™ certification following an extensive training by Sleep Expert, Dana Obleman, Creator of the Sleep Sense™ Program. Combining it with my experience in problem-solving methodology, I launched Love to Sleep - to help tired parents feel confident, supported, and finally well-rested.

Our Approach

The Pediatrician-Trusted Sleep Sense™ Program has helped over a 100,000 families sleep better. Our approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and is most importantly, effective.
