“After our son had a major sleep regression in months 4 and 5, waking up multiple times a night and needing to rock and bounce him back to sleep, my wife and I were desperate to find a solution to his sleep issues. Our biggest concern was that we didn’t want to use the cry it out method.
Jiaying walked us through the program, asked us what our sleep goals were (fall asleep without being rocked, eliminate dependence on the pacifier and eliminate night feeding) and promised that if we were constant and stuck to the plan that we would reach our sleep goals.
